Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal — it takes effect at the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
What counts as an 'active client'?
A client who has accepted your invite and given consent to share scans. Pending invites and revoked clients don't count toward your limit.
What's included in Whitelabel?
Your own subdomain (e.g. coach.yourbrand.com), full custom branding, unlimited clients, and a dedicated onboarding manager. The optional iOS app add-on gives you your own iOS app in the App Store — €2,000 setup + €99/mo.
What about VAT?
VAT is calculated automatically based on your business location and tax ID, via Stripe Tax. EU businesses with a valid VAT number get reverse-charge pricing.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Anytime — from your billing portal. Upgrades are prorated automatically. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid invoice. The 14-day trial period means you usually won't even need that.
How long does Whitelabel onboarding take?
